    The first meal of the day provides nourishment to the body after an evening of sleep. Hence, videos of cooking recipes to break the fast . The kind of nourishment the body needs should fuel it from morning until the next full meal (or snack) comes.     Making a breakfast menu depends on how much time you have in the morning, your breakfast pantry ingredients and the preference of your family. If you’re pressed for time, complement your breakfast cereals with quickly made eggs, toasted whole wheat bread and butter, and fruit juice or a whole fruit.You’ll get proteins from the eggs, carbohydrates from the bread and vitamin C from the fruit.

Breakfast favorites include sausages, corned beef and hash, waffles and pancakes, omelets and scrambled eggs which you can fill with vegetables and herbs. Sneak in as much fruit as you can into your breakfast.Apples, banana, blueberries, strawberries and oranges are well-loved breakfast fruits which can be included into the dish (like strawberry smoothies) or served along side it, like apple and oatmeal. Many countries of the world have their own distinct breakfast menus. The American breakfast is a heavy plateful of American smoked sausage and breakfast links; bacon and eggs; waffles and pancakes with butter, maple syrup or jam; coffee or orange juice. The European continental breakfast is a lighter selection of croissant, bread roll, or Danish pastries; cold cuts like peppered salami or hickory ham; cheese and sometimes cereals; fruit juice or coffee; and fruits. The full English breakfast may include egg cooked your way, corned beef hash, sausages, fried potatoes, toast, muffins, baked beans, and bubble and squeak served with coffee or tea. A big breakfast spread is something to wake up for.
