    Ingredients:

     

    4 cod Vegetables nets:
    2 zucchinis
    2 carrots
    4 potatoes
    4 cauliflower bouquets 4 broccoli bouquets 4 small onions new
    French beans
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    150 G of bulots
    flat parsley
    basil
    salt of Guérande
    Garlic mayonnaise:
    2 cloves of garlic crushed 1 egg yolk
    1 potato pulp olive oil
    salt, pepper

     

     

    Method:

     

    Take a bottom-of-hen and mix, using a whip, a well cooked potato, crushed garlic and an egg yolk. Add with a little salt and stir up well. Add with olive oil, go up to the whip. It is neither more nor less than one mayonnaise. Once the garlic mayonnaise is well assembled, quite consistent, it in a ramequinââ ‚¬¦ you draw up can add a little parsley..
