Vegetables stuffed with of the Provence one/raviole aux cepes
Ingredients:
50 g de lard fumé
50 g de lard salé
100 g d'agneau
100 g de veau/omelette au truffe

50 g de parmesan
3 cl d' huile d'olive
2 oeufs
1/4 l de lait
sel fin et poivre du moulin
4 tomates en grappes
4 courgettes rondes de Provence
2 gros oignons blancs
4 champignons de Paris
4 poivrons
salade
4 feuilles de chou
Preparation:
