A recent fee hike at the Sri Lankan International School Jeddah lead about 200 angry parents to the gate last Sunday. The parents were angry at the fact that the schools management has been taken over by one person, Mr Shahul Hameed Salih, without being elected by the parents. The parents complained about the ill treatment of the teachers and the parents having no say in the management of the school. The tuition fee was increased by 50% without any reason.
