    Obama instills black pride

     

    Senator Barack Obama's visit to Greensboro, N.C. in late March had many African-Americans in North Carolina walking taller...proud of the fact that he may become the nation's first black president.

     

    For many blacks, Obama's success to date reflects what it means to be black in America...that you can accomplish anything despite the color of your skin. Kelli Uitenham, a journalism student at North Carolina A&T State University, sampled crowd reaction to his visit.
