EA SimCity threatens Bans for refunds.

Electronic Arts; SimCity has been a highly anticipated game release for 2013, and the fans are steaming.

Despite being primarily single-player only, SimCity requires an always-online Internet connection but the EA-controlled servers haven’t worked properly from day one, and people are getting upset.

Origin users who have requested refunds for their copy of Sim City have been threatened with a ban from the service, despite EA's press release saying that refunds were possible.

This is all due to customers who had purchased the game are unable to play due to servers not being able to handle the traffic.
