    New York's friendliest squirrels

    I love Battery Park in Manhattan. Not only is it a beautiful park with outstanding views of the water and the Statue of Liberty, it has the added benefit of having the friendliest squirrels. They are so used to tourists feeding them that they jump right on you and relax while eating. They do not bite. I just love them. I don't know who this man is, but loved how comfortable the squirrel was with him. My hubby and I do this with the squirrels as well.
