    AG - President Has the Power to Execute Americans on US Soil

    Eric Holder has testified that he believes the Constitution gives the President he power to use a drone strike to execute an American citizen on US soil.

    Under "extraordinary circumstances" like 9/11, "the president could conceivably have no choice but to authorise the military to use such force if necessary to protect the homeland," Mr Holder said.

    I have my opinion on the issue, but am curious to see how others feel about the possibility of drones killing US citizens on our own soil.
