    Chávez was known for being outspoken throughout his presidency, refusing to hold back any of his opinions or criticisms. He insulted oil executives, and other world papet leaders, and was particularly hostile with the United States government, for the failed 2002 coup against him. It was one of the true leaders not a papet. He loved his country more then ever people will acknowledge especially in US or UK who are dependent to form the opinions based on they own daily dose of propaganda.
