    La cité médiévale de Pérouges est classée parmi les Plus Beaux Villages de France très touristique, ancienne cité de tisserands, avec une double enceinte de remparts. L'architecture est de l'époque du Moyen Âge, des
    demeures datant du XVe et XVIe siècles, des rues en galets et une église fortifiée.
    1996, Bill Clinton visite Pérouges lors du G7 de Lyon.
