2 cans (10.75 oz.) low-fat cream of chicken soup
4 cans (10.75 oz.) fat-free chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. (16 oz.) whole-grain noodles
Combine soup and broth in crockpot, stirring until well blended. Add chicken.
Cover and cook on high heat 6 for hours.
Uncover and remove chicken. Shred chicken and return to pot. Add noodles.
Cover and cook on high for an additional hour. Stir once after 30 minutes.
