Fw: Auggies first visit...CFC volunteer...Marking a difference one person at a time...a personal tes

Auggie and I would like to express our appreciation for allowing us to participate in the Canines for Christ pet therapy Ministry. When this dog was given to me I knew I needed to share him with others and I also had the desire to volunteer. Since we haven't been able to go out of the country on our usual medical missions trips, I also needed to share His Word and His Love here. This ministry is the answer to my prayers. It fits all three desires, share this wonderful animal, volunteer to help others, and bring His Hope in this dark world. So I am very excited!! ( Auggie would say he is also but he is still napping) As I mentioned, I can fit anywhere needed. I will bath each visit in prayer, that God would lead me to do His will and that I may be used by Him. I worked in the hospital for years,( having dealt with terminally ill, seriously injured, dying, and newborn patients) so I am quite comfortable in that sitting. I have always taken my children to nursing homes so they would appreciate and be comfortable around the elderly. I worked with the youth ( especially middle school girls) with our church. And the veterans ( especially the wounded warriors) remind me of others sacrifices for our country and are so easily forgotten. My own family has suffered lost this way. However you may use me I am willing. Our Lord has done so much for us-- Thank you Auggie and Wendi....you both are and blessing to us and to the faithful service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
