THE REAL SULTAN IS STILL ALIVE

The name of Sultanate sulu North Borneo was a MAULANA KASIMUDDIN JAMALLUL ALAM111 @SARIF OSMAN he is still alive and watching all over to the people who are claiming them self as the heirs of his troned,He tried to get through of this issue but it happens people soround him betrayed him.i have the real history of sultan which is why he ddnt shown him self untill now i do really need help to get on boerd to united nation to open the gate for sultans claim for his country he also tried his best to get contact to the international law of justice for the sake of his people how malaysian treated them here in sabah.

In 1878, HM Sultan Maulana Kassimuddin Jamalul Alam(The Sultan of Sulu and The Sultan of Sabah), as the legitimate owner, leased Sabah to a British company of Gustavus Baron de Overbeck and Alfred Dent for their use and their heirs but the Lease prohibits the transfer of Sabah to any nation, company or individual without the consent of His Majesty's Government (“Government of the Sultan of Sulu”). The transfer of Sabah by Great Britain to Malaysia in 1963 constituted a breach of the provisions of the 1878 Lease as the Government of the Sultan of Sulu did not consent to the transfer to Malaysia. As a point in law, Sabah must and should be returned to the Lessor as owners (the Sultan of Sulu and the Sultanate of Sulu).
Its proven because regarding to the history, the deed of year 1878 been founded the document which is written in Arabic Characters found in Washington, the facts is suluks, bajaus and tidung were already living here before the british time, british came in 1881 to what, was known as NORTH BORNEO according to the news from THE BORNEO POST,they said that Alfred Dent and Austrian Baron Von Overbeck that they had come in as a business trader and later forgot their original status as the manager of north borneo aswell and began to transforming them selves into colonialist power that later set up sea boundaries that divided which was originally the highway of the sea faring SULUK,BAJAU AND BULUNGAN TIDUNG (KALIMANTAN). A policy of divide and rule began with this illegal demarcation of colonial sea borders on the Malay Archipelago.
In 1906 and 1920, the United States formally reminded Great Britain that Sabah did not belong to Great Britain and was still part of the Sultanate of Sulu but Great Britain ignored and did not listen to the reminder of the USA and transferred Sabah to Malaysia in 1963. This transfer is prohibited under the Sabah Lease of 1878.
