    MARCH 12 THE COMMUNITY WILL DECIDE IF THEY WANT CHANGE. THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL PRESIDENT HAVE BEEN IN OFFICE 15 YEARS TOGETHER. PEOPLE IN MULLAN WANT THE SELFISH AND SELF-CENTERED BEHAVIOR TO STOP.
