Salade :
pourpier
mesclun
roquette
trévise
endives
Method:
To peel vegetables in small very fine thin straps. Put to cook vegetables during 2 minutes, with boiling water. Make a bouquet with grass and salads and put in the plate beforehand cooked vegetables. Then season with the anchoïade (anchovy fillet and crushed garlic assembled to the olive oil).
