    Good for latin America

    History will determine if Chaves was a good President or NOT. But in my opinion Chaves really damaged the Democracy in Latin American. He divided a Country , his legacy was hatred, misused of money, lair , promoting terrorism, etc. hes was not a good human being. Hopefully Venezuelans will recover their Country after 14 years of decadence.
