Banana And Orange Juice
There’s nothing like freshly squeezed citrus fruit juice to give you boundless energy in the morning. Add bananas to a medley of orange, lemon and pineapple juice for a super nutritious and ultra delicious drink. While you can make this concoction with store-bought fruit juice, nothing beats fresh juice squeezed from fresh fruits.
1 medium peeled and mashed banana
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
½ cup white sugar
1 egg, separate egg white
½ cup pineapple juice
1. Mix the banana, lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar in a pan; allow it to cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve and add pineapple juice and egg white. Allow it to chill in fridge.
3. Serve in a tall glass.
