    Mandetory Microchip Implants Coming to the US

    I am Andrew Magdy Kamal, and I read all the details of the Health Care Mandate 4872 Reconcilliation ACT. On page 1014, I found out that the government will acquire people to have a class II or class III device that is implanted on the hand or forhead. This will include details into it such as snn, bank routing number, and credit card numbers new and old. What I don't get is why would they have all the info in the chip if it was only for medical emergency, unless in the future they may not let you buy or sell things without it? Also wouldn't it make more sense to implant the same chip in a watch or ID bracelet, rather then an American's skin? I well not take the chip myself, because personally I think it is an invansion of privacy. What do you think?
