    Volunteers of America Michigan under EEOC investigation for sexual harrassment

    Have you ever been so upset about an injustice that you didn't know what to do?  My name is Abegail Robertson and I was illegally terminated on 2/12/2013 from the Volunteers of America Michigan after reporting to my direct Supervisor  the Social Service Director of a sexual impropriety involving he and my subordinate staff who complained to me. A complaint has since then been filed against the company with the EEOC on 02/20/13 for violating the Michigan whistle blower protection law.

    Since Volunteers of America Michigan is a non-profit organization that depends on the charitable contributions of their stakeholders and the public,  I believe both stakeholders and the public should by all rights be informed about this gross misconduct and abuse of power.
