In his second book, Suffocated 2: The American War on Fathers and Family, author, David Tognoni shares his life changing experiences, his agony and his belief of a corrupt justice system against some parents who are trying to protect their children against the psychotic behavior of the other parent.
When the judge asked David Tognoni if he had any questions for the witness, Patricia Tognoni he said, “Yes I do.” His question to Pat was, “How did you suffocate Wes? Did you use your hand or a plastic bag?” The entire courtroom erupted. With the pound of the gavel, Mr. Tognoni heard, “Four months in county jail for contempt of court”. “But your honor I have my 17-year-old son Gary at home that I am taking care of” he told the judge. The jailer was handcuffing him again as the courtroom cleared, all except the judge, the jailer and him. “You are participating in extortion,” Mr. Tognoni told the judge. Now, he really did have contempt for the court on his face and the judge motioned to the jailer to get him out of there. Back in jail again!
“Suffocated: The True Story of Wes Tognoni’s Suffocation” released on Amazon March 29, 2012 tells the story from the time Mr. Tognoni first was introduced to his ex-wife, until April 1997 when he was released from being held in Tent City in Phoenix for six-and-a-half months. “Suffocated 2: The American War on Fathers and Family” is his continued story of having to deal with his ex, and the government interference, with Wes and his other children used as pawns by their mother. This is a first-hand look from a father's perspective at the self-absorbed prevarications and destruction of family caused by MBP.
These books, written in a compelling memoir account of court testimony and factual journal entries lets you, the reader, play detective by unraveling the twisted "Mother-of-the-Year" facade and decide the truth.
