    Flooding in NE Iowa...March 2013

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     2DSTORMS and his son often chase storms and tornadoes together. They shot this video of flooding in Iowa on Monday, March 11 when they saw a big ice jam starting to flow down the Little Wapsi River, about two miles south of Fairbank, Iowa. In the video, you can hear a large limb snapping and the river foam build up along the ice. "I thought that was sort of surreal," he says.
    - PM91, CNN iReport producer

A minute video showing the flooding that happened over the past few days in parts of eastern Iowa due to extremely heavy rains over a period of three days. We received 1.64" of rain, while other parts of eastern Iowa received nearly 4.00" of rainfall. This same system dumped 15" of snow over parts of the northwestern half of Iowa.
