Crawfish custard apple and olive oil infusion
Ingredients:
12 crawfish
4 Granny apples Smith
1 C. with cinnamon 1 coffee C. with olive oil soup chive
4 cinnamon sticks
Method:
Divide crawfish in two, mark them of an olive oil dash. In a frying pan, very little oiled and very hot, put to cook with unilateral crawfish. Peel apple(la raie recette), grate it immediately, in order to avoid oxidation. and, at once, season with ground cinnamon. For raising, try to give an architectural side. In a circle, lay out apples grated, then, in “cathedral”, draw up crawfish.
