Moist cakewith walnuts
Ingredients:
50 G of flour
85 G of butter
85 G of sugar
3 egg yolks
150 G of chopped walnuts
15 egg whites
50 G liquid black chocolate20 G cream
Method:
Mix the egg yolks with sugar and the melted butter (mere blanc vonnas). Add the chopped flour and walnuts. To assemble the white of œuf in very firm snow and incorporate them in the basic preparation. Grind the whole in a mould with sponge cake, butter, farinez. Put to roast with 170 degrees during 40 minutes. Let cool. Make boil the cream, add with chocolate, let warm, you obtain thus a fool, nice that one. Using a brush nappez the cake of fool.
