Bangladesh: The two leaders didn’t talk!

They again avoided each other on March 21, 2013 when they went to see the president’s body at Bangabhaban. Late president Zillur Rahman was someone who Khaleda Zia met with and discussed on the formation of the Election Commission, but she hasn’t talked to the Prime Minister after a 2009 evening at the army headquarters, probably in September.

Ironically, the country is in a deep crisis now when the two top leaders are nowhere to talk to resolve the prevailing standoff over the next polls and the war crimes trials. They can only blame one another for all the misfortunes taking place in Bangladesh and therefore, the top leaders or their deputies can’t sit together to discuss the issues, at least about the polls. They can just pass the days in confrontation and keep it alive. Their supporters follow the suits. And the “non-playing citizens” get f***** up!

Well! What do we learn? In fact, what have we been learning from them? Stay away from the opponent and if you get a chance, hit them badly.

It’s a shame for the nation!!!
