    A Record Breaker

    On the second day of spring, March 21, 2013, we were hit by a late season snow storm in Springfield, Missouri. The storm brought an average of 4-7" through the area in southwest Missouri causing many accidents and closing schools. In Springfield itself, the previous record of 1.9" of snow from 1955 was shattered.
