         waverly school district allows bulling. When a kid can get punched 3 times in the face and choke, when he fights back to defend him self.But he is the one that get the law called on him, when teachers knew about the fight be for it happen and did nothing. Shows u how smart waverly is! And the parnet for the kid that has the law against him, have told the principle about bulling that goes on.
