    Someone captured this video and posted it to YouTube, I think that some attention needs to be focused on the Omaha Police Department they are bullies as you watch the video you can see this man was not avoiding arrest he placed his hands on the truck in compliance and was slammed to the ground by his neck. This is only 1 case though please help us.
