Md Delegates cry foul on controversial transportation bill vote
Both Democrats and Republicans in the Maryland House of Delegates are crying foul this afternoon, as they believe Speaker Mike Busch locked the voting board early on the Governors controversial transportation bill which includes a hefty gas tax increase.
