    Same Sex Divorce Equality

    With more states legalizing gay marriage and civil unions the problem of gay divorce is building. If a couple marries in a state that allows gay marriage then moves to state that doesn't allow for gay marriage their marriage is not recognized hence they have no standing to seek a divorce. In the states that authorized civil unions most don't have a way to dissolve these unions.
