Egyptian Uprising against the Muslim Brotherhood

A few thousand protesters headed to The Muslim Brotherhood headquarters in Moqattam, where thousands of MB youth, coming from all over the country, stood "protecting their property" along with Central Security Forces who were also said to be "protecting private property". As soon as the protesters reached a nearby roundabout they were met by violence from the MB youth. Rocks, empty glass bottles, marble pieces, birdshot and homemade guns were used from the MB side. Soon, in what turned into a war zone, there were injuries and "captives" from both sides.

A few hours later the CSF took over the MB side and started clashing with the still outnumbered protesters at the beginning of street number 9, where the MB headquarters is located. There were many trials of dispersing the protesters using a very large amount of teargas.
