    Razor Clams

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     LuvTravel4 traveled to Valparaiso, Chile, in February 2011 where she says she tried her best travel dish, razor clams. The dish is served as an appetizer. The clams are broiled on a half shell and topped with garlic, breadcrumbs and butter. 'You can get it all over Chiles, it is a marisco or shellfish which is very popular in the country,' she said. She says this is one of her best travel dishes because of the memories surrounding her experience. 'I was traveling with my adult daughter who was teaching English at the time in Chile. The weather was beautiful and we were drinking pisco sours and eating razor clams at a local restaurant. It was great times and memories.'
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

From Valparaiso, Chile, seafood capital. Along with a Pisco Sour, makes a great meal.
