    Noreaster in Hampton VA

    The Noreaster rolled thru today and the river swelled at its banks. the water itself when this picture was taken was already 4 feet into the lawns of the home owners the water is normally 1 foot below the concrete top and thats at high tide. BUT when hurricane Isabelle came thru the water was at the lowest bar of the railing on the bridge. Carl Parker   Hampton VA
