    Banks Reopen in Cyprus

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Cypriot iReporter georgepics was there to observe banks opening in Nicosia Thursday after an almost two week shutdown as authorities hammered out a financial bailout deal with the European Union and International Monetary Fund (IMF). He said there were around 50 people waiting patiently outside each branch and almost as many media. "The EU deal was tough and what worries me is the next packet of measures they will try to impose," he said. "Is it going to be worse or better? Nobody knows. Do we have a future with this deal?"
