    THE JOB OF A CONGRESSMAN

“There are cases where an individual has been wrongfully treated by his government and about the only way, unless the individual resorts to
court, and even in some cases the courts are not able to give proper relief, the only area or avenue open to the individual is through his representative. When you find a bona fide error has been made, I suggest that you make a maximum effort to remedy it. This I feel is a vital and important function of those of us in the House of Representatives”.

(The above excerpt “The Job of the Congressman” holds true for all elected office officials)
Authors: Donald G. Tacheron and Morris Udall, from the book entitled, “The Job of the Congressman”, pages 65 and 66.

It’s not too late for any of these individuals to redeem his or her character, or to truly make a constructive U.S. history first, to be removed from the “disgrace of the essence of what it means to be an elected official list”, the primary requirement of redemption is to uphold the “Principles to which this Nation Stands” to competently represent U.S. born descendants of slavery.

Congressman Xavier Becerra and Senator Diane Feinstein have responded in writing and with action.

Other than effect a citizen's arrest to have the LAPD arrest and jail my Mom, Mrs. Esther M. Lofton, a voting senior citizen who petitioned 10th District Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson in my behalf, to date Congresswoman Karen Bass, 2nd District Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, 10th District Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson have yet to  respond when petitioned for redress for any of the atrocities of government submitted to them.  Mind you, more than any other elected official or officials, 10th District Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson,  Congresswoman Karen Bass, 2nd District Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, etc., should have been the first to step up to plate to resolve these serious issues, and atrocities of a government seriously gone awry.

(The district boundaries to where I reside and pay taxes have been changed. Since the boundaries have changed Congresswoman Karen Bass is no longer mandated by law and sworn under oath to serve the area where I reside and pay taxes. Congressman Xavier Becerra is the Congressperson sworn under oath and mandated by law to serve the district where I reside and pay taxes)
