What the late 1960s really looked like

    Stylish kids

Here were are all looking so fashionable. It's New Years Eve 1967, at the party of all parties, Aunt Fran's annual event.

I was wearing my really cool mirrored vest my uncle brought back from Pakistan, and a handmade a-line skirt from my grandmother. My cousin Judy had the Amy Winehouse 'do long before Amy was even born, and my sister was sporting the fashionable nehru collar dress, accessorized with a medallion necklace.

Those were the days and that was some party!
