United in Prayer...A Journey Connect our Nation

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     **iReport uploaded without music** HopeRaiser says she started her journey from Phoneix, Arizona, on March 13 and drive across the country to Newtown, Connecticut on March 23, documenting their road trip along the way to commerate the three month anniversary since the Sandy Hook shooting. She says when you look through her video you see 'a journey inspired by Newtown,' she said. 'Hopefully, it will spark a movement of healing hearts, connecting people and sharing love for humanity.' She is part of Hope Raisers, an organization that aims to raise hope in areas that endured tragedy, explaining how one of her first projects was working with the city of Joplin after a tornado devasted the area. 'We operate on the belief that a few moments [of hope] can impact a life and we all have a few moments to share,' she said. - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

On March 14 to honor the 3 month Anniversary of the Sandy Hook Tragedy a group of Hope Raisers from across our country flew to Phoenix to being a 10 day, 4,000 road trip to bring our country together United in Prayer. We had rally stops scheduled to honor Aurora, Columbine, Oklahoma City, New York and Newtown where we gave away prayer posters and asked the question "how are you praying for our nation, our leaders, our families or our children?" The responses were big and bold and the voices of our children left us in awe. We ended the journey at the Newton Christian Church where youth from the First Hispanic Church of New London joined us in writing prayers specifically for Newtown and the individual families who lost so much. It was an adventure of a lifetime. See photos at www.HopeRaiser.org/United
