    Honoring Boston

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     dmbkspc says she and her son ran a mile as part of the 5k event in Beaver, Oklahoma, in honor of everything that has happened in Boston over the past week. 'When you are a runner you feel united with other runners because you know what it is like to see that finish line and make these accomplishments that many people challenge their mind, body and soul for,' she said. She says as the manhunt and the eventual capture of the suspect from the Boston Marathon bomber ensued, she was glued to every detail. 'I am very proud to be an American and I am so grateful for our men and women in uniform. They did an excellent job in seeking these suspects out,' she said.
