Strong show for Boston in OKC Memorial Marathon

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jenx67 is a blogger and photographed marathon runners in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 20. She says she has always been inspired by marathons, but more so this year because of the events that unfolded in Boston. She says this particular marathon first started after the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 to honor the victims and the survivors. 'Why do people run? That was an easy question to answer this year in light of the tragedy in Boston. So many people wore T-shirts in support of Boston. It was very inspiring,' she said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

Numerous runners in Oklahoma City's Memorial Marathon wore T-shirts and hats to remember Boston today. Runners poured down Hudson Avenue, about one mile from the finish-line.
