    Lou,

     

    You said on your weekend show that now it is the Dems (Pelosi & Others) trying to perpetuate fear to get the 700B signed, but you are wrong.

     

     

    Lest you forget this plan is from H. Paulson, Bernanke and Bush? And it was Bush that gave the dire speech to the public? This was laid at the feet of the Dems........with fear already attached by Paulson, Bernanke and Bush .

     

     

     

    All the Dems want is not to walk the plank alone, and have some agreement (from the Repubs) to push this through. The alternative is WORSE, but most politicians (and taxpayers) aren't smart enough to perceive the "WORSE" condition. Maybe when taxpayers don't get their paychecks due to a credit squeese, they will figure it out.
