    Wow. TX acquits escort murderer.

Unbelievable. A man in Texas killed a woman who he met after answering an ad on Craig's list for an escort service. He paid $150 with the understanding he'd get sex as part of his payment. But the woman left without giving him sex so he shot her in the neck. But he didn't mean to kill her. He just wanted his money back. Texas law says he was justified. I call B.S.

You shouldn't be able to kill someone who ripped you off when you were trying to commit a crime. Isn't there a "dirty hands" rule on that? Maybe not in Texas.

By the way, the guy in Spokane who killed the guy who stole his idling 1997 Suburban is being charged with manslaughter. He is trying to contend he shot the guy who sped off from his driveway because he saw the guy lift something that could have been a gun but the tinted windows shot his story full of holes (excuse the pun) and the kid was shot in the back of the head through the back window. They said it was a 1 in 1000 shot but it hit the thief and he paid with his life for his crime. Without a trial.

I think it's ridiculous that TX law allows a man who intended to commit a crime to be acquitted for the murder of the escort who took his money and didn't prostitute her body.

    What is wrong with Texas?

    What do you think?
