    Renewable Energy for a 1899 farmhouse

    We saved a 1899 farmhouse from the mall wrecking ball by moving the house to our property and installed renewable energy systems in our restored home with 10KW of grid tied wind power and solar electric for powering our solar thermal hot water system. We also installed a geothermal heating/cooling system and updated the insulation to an R-55 roof and R-22 walls.
