    Shame on FOOD NETWORK

It is a travesty that a person can use a word 20 years ago and get fired today for it. I can only imagine all the employees of food network who have used the same word in their lifetime. If people can use the words like fat, ugly, bitch, retarded and stupid and not be fired or called on then neither should anyone using the "N" word. Black people in our society use this word on a daily basis but tthe first time a white woman uses it, she is to be shot down and disgraced. Shame on you food Network. i have started a Facebook page called Operation Boycott FOOD network. it is for people to like and ban the network until they treat everyone fairly or re instate Paula Deens contract./ Shame on you I will not watch the station again. I hope it fails and then they can feel how it is to make one mistake and be tortured for it. good luck to paula Deen. I think the "N: word is a very nasty negative word to use and I do not agree on using it. Not in a playing sense of the word or as a slanderous remark. I agree she should have been called on for it...but 19 years ago not today. It would not be such a big deal if black people didnt use it in their everyday life/ So if the Food Network will fire everyone who has used a word that offends someone, they would have no staff. Im just saying If you punish one punish all.
