This iReport is part of an assignment:
Reach for the supermoon
Goodnight super moon!
This is my daughter trying to give a good night kiss to the super moon. It took us a lot of tries to get her just in the right angle where it seems that she is holding the moon in her her hand and giving it a kiss. Love her all the way to the moon and back.
I am a self taught photographer and decided to follow my dream and become a photographer 5 years ago when at the age of 31 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. When the fear of death knocks at your door you just don't have time to think should I do this or not.. You think to yourself.. If I am dying anyway.. I might as well give this crazy dream of mine a try. It's crazy to say that cancer was the biggest blessing in my life even thought there were and still are so many days that my whole body is in pain. I have learned to see life from a different perspective, to enjoy the little things in life and to treasure each and every minute with my daughter.
I used my Nikon D4, 50mm 1.4 lens, ISO 2,000, aperture f /1.6, shutter speed 1/100
