    My reaction to DOMA

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Nikki Boudreaux and her fiancee Jessica can now talk seriously about buying that dream house in South Austin, Texas. As a veteran, Boudreaux is able to apply for a home loan through U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs – but only with a spouse or family member. She and Jessica are hoping the June 26 Supreme Court rulings on DOMA will change that. They already have the neighborhood picked out, and even a potential house. She says she is going to make a sign to hang outside her house for when her fiancee gets home on June 26: 'Will you marry me, legally?'
