A law firm for the people

Recent studies completed by the American Bar Association found that nearly three-fourths of the lawyers across America perform pro bono work. One of those firms happens to be one that is branched across seas with offices in the United States and India named The Chugh Firm.
Established in 1985 by Navneet S. Chugh and his small staff of devoted attorneys and Certified Public Accountants, The Chugh Firm strives to “provide the best integrated legal and tax solutions worldwide.” The types of cases taken by the firm to assist their clients range from issues with immigration like obtaining green cards and more, to corporate transactions, family law, bankruptcy law and beyond.
They have a three star rating on the people’s review site Yelp and are highly recommended to get the outcome that their clients deserve. Providing their services at affordable prices is a goal that is kept at The Chugh Firm. Their pro bono work is phenomenal with close relationships to various organizations represented by the firm. Some examples include the American India Foundation, Bethany Lutheran Church and Bookvale Elementary School among others.
“As we continue to face the rough road, heading still to higher direction, The Chugh Firm wants to still be in contact to those that played a role for the firm, to reach its success.” The Chugh Firm notes on their website—a key point that differentiates them from the rest.
They divide their services between legal and accounting to make the process easier for a potential client to use. Within the last year, The Chugh Firm opened another office in Cerritos, Calif., with establishments in Northern and Southern California as well as New Delhi and Mumbai, the firm maintains a diverse outreach to its clientele.
A recent testimonial from one of the clients who needed immigration work said, “[The Chugh Firm] turned around the whole [immigration issue] in four working days. In terms of prices, they are extremely competitive.” The client goes on to say that she will keep them in mind for her company the next time they need something resolved.
The Chugh Firm has received various awards throughout their time for their extensive work in the field. Beginning with the Annual Bar Leader Award and the Cornerstone Award in 2008, it was clear that these individuals served their communities with the utmost care and attention. The Chugh Firm was awarded the Community Service Award in 2010 and most recently the Trailblazer Award in March 2011.
At the ceremony for the Trailblazer Award, Navneet S. Chugh implored the audience that the need to think big and beyond is important, just like Gandhi who freed millions of people doing the same kind of work. He also made it his point to say that the legal system of the United States must be shared with the world and it would be his firm’s job to do so.
One model idea remains in this strong firm despite its great success. With the four A’s of assurance: able, available, affordable, and affable, The Chugh Firm will continue to give top quality assistance to its clients.
