Nixon University Integrates Social Media Topics in Its Curriculum

Social Media is on the rise in every possible way. What was originally thought to be an electronic medium for people to stay in touch turned out to be a marketing tool for businesses worldwide as well as a major section of the international job market.
As a result of the influx of social media channels and their growing importance in the world we live in today, the demand for able personnel to effectively manage this change is consistently high. For this reason universities all over the world are providing extensive instruction on the subject. Among these, Nixon University has also taken the initiative of integrating social media as a major part of the curriculum taught at the University.
“The importance of this revolution in world communications, advertizing and networking cannot be undermined and needs to be managed well in order to gain the maximum benefit. A Nixon University this is exactly what we aim to teach our students: understand and manage social media and do it well,” an Associate Professor of the School of Business and Management was quoted as saying.
At Nixon University, students are taught the many nuances of social media and its effects on a large number of aspects of our lives today. Students of Marketing, Advertizing and International Business are given comprehensive instruction about the subject, which is supplemented by appropriate exercises that aim to gauge the depth of understanding in the students.
In the light of the importance of social media today, Nixon University has made a commendable effort to ensure that its students get nothing but the most up-to-date and world-class education available.
