Moore, Oklahoma (CNN) – A massive tornado struck the Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, pulverizing homes and businesses, and severely damaging a hospital and two elementary schools. The storm killed at least 24 people.

 

The Open Story above includes photos and videos from people in the area who witnessed the storm, such as Tulsa resident and stormchaser Brenton Leete, who said “that was the fastest tornado I’ve ever seen form.” He shot several videos on his iPhone and shared them with CNN. “I wanted to show how intense and dangerous a tornado can be,” Leete explained.
