How did you beat your habit?

Addiction and other self-destructive behavior can take many forms. Millions of people worldwide are battling drug addiction alone. But our obsessive behavior can range from social media, to sex, to gambling, and other vices. Such addictions consume the life of the addict but also everyone around them. There is light at the end of the tunnel and recovery is possible. We want to hear your stories.
