Would you walk away?

President Obama recently announced his foreclosure-prevention plan, but it doesn't help people to refinance if they owe more than 105% of the value of their home.

As a result, many experts are predicting a spate of "walk aways" where the homeowner turns the property back over to the bank. There are also dire predictions that falling home prices will cause homeowners to walk away from their property only to purchase a cheaper model down the street.

Are you considering walking away from your home, or are you deciding to stay put?
