Hundreds of German rescue workers are searching the ruins of a building in Cologne, Germany for nine people who may be trapped inside, a reporter on the scene told CNN.
The city's historic archive collapsed Tuesday, possibly damaging two other buildings, RTL reporter Carlo Schlender said.
